By enrolling in and purchasing 1:1 sessions and/or group programs, as “the client” (and/or “the Guardian”), I represent that I have read/ understood/agreed to the following: I am participating in this session voluntarily and of my own free will, and will not hold the “Provider” (Kelly Wedin aka Kelly Joy) liable for any potential risks involved in the session.

 

I will not be under the influence of unprescribed drugs and/or alcohol during the session.I understand that these services are not intended to replace medical treatment, and that the Provider is neither a medical professional nor a trained psychologist and will not provide medical or mental health therapy.

 

The Provider’s techniques, hypnotic or otherwise, serve strictly as self-improvement services, and do not offer therapy for emotional or mental disorders. It is advisable to consult the advice of your medical doctor or physician prior to considering these services.I recognize that these services are not intended for people with psychosis (schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder) or epilepsy, and I understand that these mental and health conditions are not recommended for these services.

​I accept full responsibility to participating in the guided sacred sexual practices and know that I have free will and choice. In no way will I be forced. I am aware that these sexual and sensual practices are presented with integrity and sacredness.

 

I hereby assume all such risks involved with the services, either known or unknown, including (but not limited to) injury, illness, death, and/or any other potential adverse reactions however rare they may be. I am aware of such risks associated with my own physical condition(s) and am voluntarily choosing to participate.I take full responsibility for the participation/outcomes of these sessions, and agree that this waiver and release is binding.
